Ingredients
  

  • Salmon fillets 2 pieces
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lime juice from ½ lime
  • Ripe mango 1, diced
  • Red onion ½, finely chopped
  • Red bell pepper 1 small, diced
  • Jalapeño 1 small, chopped, optional
  • Fresh cilantro 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Lime juice from 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Pat the salmon dry and rub with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and place salmon skin-side down
  3. Cook for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until flaky
  4. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the cooked salmon
  5. In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt
  6. Mix gently until well combined
  7. Place salmon on a plate and top generously with mango salsa
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy fresh

Notes

Use ripe mango for the best sweetness and texture
Do not overcook salmon to keep it juicy and tender
Adjust jalapeño based on your spice preference
Fresh lime juice enhances flavor—don’t skip it
