- Pat the salmon dry and rub with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and place salmon skin-side down
- Cook for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until flaky
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the cooked salmon
- In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt
- Mix gently until well combined
- Place salmon on a plate and top generously with mango salsa
- Serve immediately and enjoy fresh
