Method
- In serving glasses, add a layer of yogurt at the bottom.

- Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Garnish with mint leaves for a fresh touch.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10-15 minutes before serving.
