Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in sour cream and pour over the crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or chill for no-bake version until set.
- Top with fresh strawberry slices and drizzle with strawberry jam if desired.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- For a no-bake version, simply chill until firm instead of baking.
- Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
