Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles Recipe

A refreshing, creamy, and fruity frozen treat perfect for hot days. These popsicles combine sweet strawberries with smooth yogurt for a healthy-ish dessert. Super easy to make with just a few ingredients and no baking required. Great for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries
  2. Add strawberries, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice to a blender
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed
  5. Pour mixture into popsicle molds
  6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight
  7. Run molds under warm water to release popsicles
  8. Serve and enjoy

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor
Adjust the sweetness based on your preference
For dairy-free, use coconut or almond yogurt
Freeze overnight for firmer popsicles
Add fruit chunks for extra texture
