Method
- Wash and hull the strawberries
- Add strawberries, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice to a blender
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight
- Run molds under warm water to release popsicles
- Serve and enjoy

Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor

For dairy-free, use coconut or almond yogurt
Freeze overnight for firmer popsicles
