- Drain tuna thoroughly and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Flake tuna gently with a fork until evenly broken apart.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice and mix until creamy.
- Stir in celery, red onion, herbs, and optional pickles.
- Season with salt and black pepper and mix gently.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes for best flavour, then serve as desired.
Notes
