Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk dairy or plant-based
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: fresh fruits nuts, or granola for topping

Method
 

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir again before serving to ensure smooth texture.
  5. Top with fresh fruits, nuts, or granola as desired.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy.
