Method
- Add watermelon cubes to a blender and blend until smooth
- Add sugar or honey if needed and blend again
- Mix in lemon or lime juice for a fresh tangy flavor
- Add mint leaves and pulse lightly (optional)
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or cups
- Insert sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours or until solid
- Run molds under warm water to release popsicles easily
Notes
Use ripe, sweet watermelon for the best flavor
Adjust the sweetness based on your taste preference
Do not overfill molds to prevent spills while freezing
Add other fruits like strawberries or kiwi for variation
