Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Nutella
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar optional
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method
 

  1. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
  2. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner and spread to cover the bottom.
  4. Freeze for about 10 minutes until the chocolate layer firms up.
  5. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, Nutella, powdered sugar, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth.
  6. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter Nutella mixture over the chocolate base.
  7. Top with another layer of melted chocolate to seal the cups.
  8. Freeze for about 30 minutes until fully set.
  9. Remove from liners and enjoy chilled.
