Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts or granola optional

Method
 

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips and crushed peanuts or granola.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  5. Add optional toppings if desired.
  6. Freeze for 3–4 hours or until fully firm.
  7. Lift from the dish using parchment paper and cut into bars.
  8. Store bars in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for the best creamy frozen texture.
Let the bars sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before eating for easier bites.
Add banana slices or drizzle melted chocolate on top for extra flavor.
Store in the freezer for up to 2–3 weeks.
